The simple way to organise and send your photos
Mark the photos in the order you would like them to
appear in your slideshow.
Number the order of your pictures on the rear top right hand corner in
ink.
If you would like captions to your Photos please place a sticky note on
the rear.
Put the corresponding number of the photo on the note in case the
note and photo get separated.
If sending photos using a CD or memory card, please have them in the
order of your choice.
Include any captions on a separate sheet of paper or in another folder
on the CD or memory card.
Remember we will have to know which caption goes with which photo.
As sometimes things can get lost or damaged in the post, its recommended
to have copies of your pictures made before posting, you should then
send the copy, especially if the photo is in a fragile state.
Organize and stack your photos carefully.
"Sandwich" your photos between two pieces of lightweight card for
protection.
Wrap "Clingfilm" or something similar around the card to prevent photos
from moving. Its best to use a padded envelope.
Be sure to include a readable return address inside the envelope.
